Summer Creek is a single family brick construction community located in beautiful southwest Fort Worth, Texas.    We have a total of 320 homes in three phases of Summer Creek.  The Homeowners Association consists of five Directors and several committee chairs.  Board members are homeowners, elected by homeowners at the annual meeting for a two-year term.  Committee chairs are volunteer homeowners handling a variety of activities in the neighborhood.

The goal of the SCHA Board of Directors is to work on behalf of our residents for the betterment of our neighborhood and do all we can to preserve its beauty and property values. 

Working together with our homeowners affords us each an opportunity to make a difference.
